- An initial free meeting and interview will be conducted to gather relevant information regarding your site’s unique characteristics, home’s architectural theme and your personal requests. Following this initial meeting we will submit a design proposal outlining all information mentioned above. This is a very important step to convey as much information to guide us as possible. Please provide us all photos, garden magazine clippings or notes that will help us to incorporate all of your dreams and wishes into reality with a custom design.
|
| |
- Upon your acceptance of the design proposal and collected deposit retainer fee, we will begin work on your custom design. We shall revisit your project to take accurate measurements to place your property and home in its proper scale. A conceptual plan shall be created for your approval. Any modifications or final suggestions need to be made at this time. We then shall create a final draft depicting all hardscape areas and materials, specific plant placement, sizes and variety, construction details for wooden garden structures, walls, fountains, etc. A meeting will be conducted for final presentation and collection of remaining completed design fee. If you have an entirely new idea or change to the final draft, previously not communicated,
we can perform a new draft incorporating these changes at an additional fee.
|
| |
- Following the approved custom design, a free itemized proposal/estimate will be presented for landscape construction.
All clarifications to the construction process, time lines and payment schedules will be discussed at this time. Upon acceptance and signing contracts, we collect a deposit to secure your next available space in the construction schedule.
|
| |
- Following construction, a regular maintenance schedule is paramount in preserving your investment so that it can grow in value. Keep in mind that your landscape investment may be great in some circumstances and we want to maintain its integrity so that your landscape can continue to enhance your property value and quality of life.
